We are meeting up with Vertical Student Ministries (Grand Rapids First Assembly) and will have a guest worship team and speaker for powerful services\, spend time praying and talking with each other in small groups\, and spend our afternoons relaxing\, hiking\, swimming in the outdoor pool\, boating in the lake\, eating\, playing human fuse ball\, 9square in the air\, basketball and more together as a family! \nDrop-off: Thursday\, August 15th at 3:00pm\nPick-up: Sunday\, August 18th at 8:00pm \nWhat To Bring:\n\nBedding/Sleeping Bag (Twin Bunk-Beds provided)\nToiletries & Towels for showering\nAppropriate swimwear & towel for swimming\nBible\, Notebook\, and Pen\nMoney to purchase snacks/souvenirs at the Barn Store (optional)\nSnacks (optional- all meals and a late night snack all nights are provided)\n\nGirls: Swimwear must be one-piece bathing suits or a dark t-shirt worn over a 2 piece. DESCRIPTION:Youth Convention is a time when all Assemblies of God youth ministries from Michigan come together for 3 powerful services of worship & the Word at Grand Rapids First Assemble of God! \nThere is a service happening at 7pm on Friday night\, and 2 more services Saturday morning at 10am and at 2pm. \nTo avoid high costs for this event we will NOT be spending the night in Grand Rapids. \nBuses. provided by Dean Transportation\, will pick up all students and leaders from //Spyn on Friday November 2nd at 6pm\, bring us to GR 1st\, and take us back to the church. We will arrive back at the church around 11pm on Friday\, and all students must be picked up immediately. \nStudents must arrive back at the church Saturday morning by 8:30am. Busses will be picking us up at 9am to bring us back to GR 1st where we will stay until 4pm. Pick-up will be at 5pm on Saturday at //Spyn. \nStudents must bring at least $10 cash with them for snacks and lunch on Saturday.
