Sunday Nights

As we approach the last 100 days of our 100-year anniversary as a church, the Lord has put something in my heart. We are going to have a Sunday night encounter service. This is the history of our church. One hundred years ago, we began with a group of people who were hungry for God and what He wanted to do in our city. We are going to end this year the same way. Starting Sunday, October 5, through December, we will gather at 6:00pm. I hear the Lord inviting us to meet with Him. We are going to encounter God together. We will wait on the Lord, ministering to Him first and then to one another. What a great way to spend the last 100 days of our 100-year anniversary.

It was in a staff meeting this summer that it was clear that the Lord was speaking to us, directing us to make room for Him on Sunday evenings. I’m excited to see what He has in store for us. I hope you will come and join us as we finish this year strong!

Sunday Mornings

For the rest of this year, we are also going to pull together the 8:30 and 10:30 morning services. We will start on Sunday, October 5th, at 10:00am. We are going to finish this year strong, focused, together, all united in one place. We won’t be able to do this forever; we will need to go to multiple services again. However, we can gather together for the last three months of the year – October, November, and December.

The Scriptures tell us that all the believers met together in one place, and they worshiped together (Acts 2:44, 46). This is how we began 100 years ago, and this is how we will finish out our 100-year anniversary.

Let’s do something together at the closing of this year that sets the stage for the next 100 years. Renee and I love you and are so excited to be on this journey with you! Let’s go!
