Project Manager
At Mount Hope Church the project manager leads the planning and execution of events, projects, and ministry initiatives that support the church’s vision and community impact. This role coordinates teams, communication, logistics, and resources to create organized, meaningful, and excellence-driven experiences for the church and surrounding community.
Facilities Director
A Facilities Director at Mount Hope Church oversees the care, maintenance, and development of church properties to create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for services, events, and daily ministry operations. This role leads facility teams, manages building upkeep and projects, and ensures church spaces are well-maintained, organized, and ready to support the church’s mission
Business Administrator
A Business Administrator at Mount Hope Church oversees the church’s financial operations, ensuring integrity, accountability, and wise stewardship of resources. This role manages budgeting, accounting, reporting, and financial systems while supporting church leadership with organized, compliant, and mission-focused financial practices.
Graphic Designer
A Graphic Designer at Mount Hope Church creates engaging and on-brand visual content that supports the church’s ministries, events, and communications across print, digital, and live platforms. This role collaborates with ministry leaders to design impactful graphics that communicate the church’s vision while maintaining consistency across all campuses and audiences.
Custodian
A Custodian at Mount Hope Church helps maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the church by caring for facilities, supporting event setup needs, and ensuring spaces are ready for ministry activities. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and a servant-hearted attitude that supports the church’s mission and community.
