One Serve – Many Opportunities

Family Fun Day is one of the most exciting opportunities we have to welcome new faces, show God’s love in action, and create a memorable experience for every person who walks through our doors at Mount Hope Church. We’re expecting more guests and families than usual, and we’d love for you to help create a welcoming, thoughtful experience for everyone who attends.

One Serve is your opportunity to jump in and make a difference for one day with one purpose: helping people feel seen, loved, and welcomed. Whether you’re serving food, helping with teardown, painting faces, assisting with inflatables, or serving in another area, there’s a place for everyone to get involved! After registering below, join us August 9th, 15 minutes before service ends at the volunteer check-in tent outside Door #5.

Backpack Giveaway

The Backpack Giveaway Team serves at the heart of our effort to give hope by helping distribute backpacks and other school supplies to children in attendance. Volunteers will assist in organizing supply distribution, welcoming families, and ensuring each child receives needed items while supplies last (must be present).

Car Show Host

The Car Show Host Team is responsible for creating a warm and engaging experience for participants and guests in the car show area. Volunteers will welcome car owners, distribute and collect voting ballots, and help guide guests through the display area.

Serving Food

The Food Serving Team plays a key role in making sure every guest is cared for and well-fed throughout the event. Volunteers will assist with serving meals, supporting food preparation teams, and helping maintain a clean and organized serving area. This position is perfect for those who enjoy hospitality and serving others.

Trash Management

Our trash management team helps keep the event space clean and enjoyable. Volunteers will walk the grounds regularly, collect trash, and assist with keeping high-traffic areas tidy throughout the day. This behind-the-scenes role is essential to creating a positive environment where families can focus on enjoying the event.

Inflatables & Game Monitor

Our inflatable and game monitor team will help create a safe and exciting environment for kids to enjoy all inflatable attractions. Volunteers will actively monitor play areas, help manage crowd flow, and ensure that safety rules are followed at all times.

Tear Down

The tear down team plays a vital role in closing out the event with excellence. Volunteers will help dismantle event setups, pack equipment, clean designated areas, and return all spaces to their original condition.
