Arctic Barnabas Ministries – Pilots and mechanics to missions in Alaska – Both Austin and Evangela felt God;s calling to serve on the mission field at a young age, and had an introduction to aviation during their teen years. They met at the College of Missionary Aviation in Florida, where they studied Ministry and Missions, and trained for their Commercial Pilot’s License. After marriage, they moved to Michigan to complete their Aircraft Mechanic certifications. Austin and Evangela have a heart for unreached people groups specifically, and have felt lead to serve in Alaska for the purpose of assisting and encouraging missionaries toward establishing thriving churches among unreached Arctic villages. They will be moving to Alaska in August of 2024 to begin serving full-time as missionary pilots with Arctic Barnabas Ministries.
