I work in San Pedro Sula, Honduras partnering with the national church to strengthen and build new children’s ministries throughout the country and serve in church planting initiatives. I previously served in Nicaragua and Panama ministering to youth in public schools and children on the streets. I am passionate about reaching children with the gospel, giving hope to those who have none and bringing the gospel to those who are often overlooked.

Many children in Honduras are deeply affected by gangs in their city and are often coerced into joining a gang by age 10. Most have no option but to join a gang to provide for their families and themselves. Honduras is among one of the most violent countries in the world due to gang violence. In rural parts of the country there are people groups with no churches and no christians. The majority of Hondurans live below the poverty line. Many children are unable to attend school.

The need in Honduras is great…but so will be the harvest as we walk willing and obedient into this great country!
