James and Rachael Courter are Assemblies of God missionaries who founded ARISE Haiti ministries in 2008. They live on the Southern coast of Haiti in the community of Gelèe Beach just outside of Les Cayes, the 3rd largest city in Haiti. James is a licensed physical therapist and also a minister with the Assemblies of God. Rachael is a physician assistant and the director of the Arise Haiti Medical Ministries. James and Rachael have four beautiful children Gabriel, Elisha, Grace, and Nehemiah. Above all James and Rachael are passionate to witness the people of God draw closer to Him and witness supernatural transformation in their lives and communities.
