Mark and Lynda continue to serve with Global Initiative: Reaching Muslim Peoples, equipping the church globally for outreach to Muslims. They do this by traveling internationally, at the invitation of AGWM’s regions as force multipliers in Kingdom work. Lynda continues to direct Say Hello: Serving Muslim Women, which focuses on equipping Christian women for Christ-pointing friendships with Muslim women globally. Mark focuses much of his effort on enlarging the global church’s capacity for reaching the unreached everywhere, engaging at lay, undergraduate, master, and doctoral levels to do so.
The Hausfelds church-planted and pastored in Chicago prior to following God’s call to the Muslim world. They started Teen Challenge in Pakistan, served as Central Eurasia Area Directors, and later directed Global Initiative: Reaching Muslim Peoples. When Mark became President of AGTS, Lynda remained with Global Initiative as director of Say Hello: Serving Muslim Women. She and Mark continue to compel and equip the local church globally for missions to Muslims everywhere.
